Barcoding Technical Support

At GSM Barcoding we are proud of our ability to provide first class after sales support for a full range of hardware and software. Our specialist technical team are very helpful and are always available to offer advice.

Hardware Maintenance
The GSM Barcoding hardware suppliers have been carefully chosen. We insist that they offer a minimum one year return to base warranty although enhanced warranties are possible.
 
On-site repair and maintenance contracts are available for MISSION CRITICAL EQUIPMENT. These can be tailored to suit your application and budgetary requirements.
 
Our maintenance contract options include 4 hour, 8 hour or 2 day response options with a loan machine provided if necessary.

Software Support
Our support staff have detailed knowledge of the 'off the shelf' products that we provide. They can talk you through most problems. Fax and Email enquiries will also be answered promptly.
 
All GSM Barcoding bespoke software has a three-month bug fix warranty. We retain copies of our bespoke software and will help you free of charge during this three month period.
