The supplier shall ensure that the Primary Packaging Label is attached to the primary packaging.
Primary Packaging Label Format (Example)
Refer to Section 7.4.2 of Sabre document for Primary Packaging Label Information that shall be included on the label as a basic (minimum) requirement and / or when applicable.
The supplier shall ensure that any fields shown on labels that are not used for the parts concerned shall be shown as ‘Not Applicable’ or crossed through ‘N / A’. The label information can be applied directly onto the primary packaging or attached by an adhesive label.

Receipt Label
The Receipt Label has a standard format designed to permit fast processing of receipts using barcodes. The supplier shall fix a Receipt Label as specified within two categories as follows:
Receipt Label: E-Manifest Suppliers
The supplier shall ensure that the Receipt Label is attached to the Secondary Packaging. An example of the E-Manifest label format is shown in Section 7.5.1. The 1-D barcoded elements required on the Receipt Label must comply with the standards defined in Section 7.2.
Receipt Label: Non E-Manifest Supplier
The supplier shall ensure that the Receipt Label is attached to the Secondary Packaging. An example of the Non E-Manifest label format is shown in Section 7.5.2. The 1-D bar-coded elements required on the Receipt Label must comply with the standards defined in Section 7.2. The requirements of Section 7.5 are not applicable to Rolls-Royce Repair & Overhaul business.
Receipt Label (E-Manifest)
E-Manifest is a Global collection service between the supplier, logistics provider and Rolls-Royce. The supplier shall ensure that a Receipt Label is attached in a prominent scanable position on the outside of the Secondary Packaging (Only one Receipt Label per total batch, not per box).
The supplier shall ensure that a duplicate copy of the Receipt Label is attached to the reverse of the Release Note (Refer to Section 7.8). The Receipt Label on the reverse of the Release Note shall contain information identical to that stated on the front of the Release Note.
EXAMPLE

Each E-Manifest Label requires a unique numerical sequence number
This is a sequential number that must not be used more than once on the same collection day, therefore either: start at 001 and continue to 999 OR use the last 3 digits of the Release Note number (excluding any special characters). This number MUST be 3 digits in length Batches containing critical parts (RRES90002), the E-Manifest Receipt Label shall be identified as a “Y “(Yes)" Batches that do not contain critical parts the E-Manifest Barcode label shall be identified as “N” (No)

Receipt Label (Non-E-Manifest)
The supplier shall ensure that a copy of the Receipt Label is attached in a prominent scanable position on the outside of the secondary packaging (Only one Receipt Label per total batch, not per box). The supplier shall ensure that a duplicate copy of the Receipt Label is attached to the reverse of the Release Note (refer to 8.21). The Receipt Label on the reverse of the Release Note shall contain information identical to that stated on the front of the Release Note.
